About Cissus Quadrangularis
Cissus quadrangularis is a perennial succulent vine in Vitaceae family with quadrangular sectioned branches with internodes and leathery edge.The surface is smooth, glabrous, buff colored with greenish tinge. Flowers are in shortly peduncle cymes with spreading umbellate branches.

डॉ शर्मा कहती हैं कि इस पौधे का नाम हड़जोड़ है। ये एक बेल होती है जो कि घर में आसानी से लग जाती है। इस पौधे की मदद से कंपाउंड फ्रैक्चर ठीक नहीं किया जा सकता। लेकिन सिंगल हड्डी ब्रेक को ठीक किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए पौधे की पत्तियां और स्टेम का यूज किया जाता है।डॉ शर्मा कहती हैं इस पौधे की मदद से उन्होंने कई पेशेंट का इलाज किया है। जो पेशेंट महंगा ट्रीटमेंट अफोर्ड नहीं कर पाते उनको हम ये ट्रीटमेंट देते हैं। छोटे बच्चों के लिए भी ये ट्रीटमेंट अच्छा होता है।
कैसे करना है यूज
इस पौधे की पत्तियों को सूखाकर पीस लें। पत्तियों के बराबर उदड़ दाल भी मिलाकर पीस लें। अब इसका गीला पेस्ट बना लें। अब बांस की लकड़ी की मदद से हड्डी को सीधी कर लें। इसके बाद कॉटन के कपड़े पर ये लेप लगाकर कपड़ा बांध दें। ऊपर से बांस की लकड़ी को कुशा के सहारे बांध दें। कुशा देसी घास होती है। हर तीसरे दिन इस लेप को चेंज करना है।
ये खाना भी होगा
इसके साथ ही आपको इसकी पत्तियों के साथ छोटी पीपली, गेहूं का भुना हुआ आटा, अर्जुन की छाल सभी को इक्वल क्वांटिटी में लेकर बारीक पीस लें। अगर आपका वजन 60 किलो है तो वजन का 6 ग्राम चूर्ण को घी के साथ मिक्स कर लें। इसे खाकर हल्दी वाला दूध पी लें। दूध में शक्कर या हनी डाल लें।
दूसरा उपाय
अगर आपको ये उपाय टफ लग रहा है तो आप हड़जोड़ पौधे की पत्तियों का 2 छोटा चम्मच रस 1 चम्मच घी के मिक्स कर लें। फिर इसे खाकर 250ml दूध पी लें। लेप बांधने के साथ ही दोनों में से कोई भी एक उपाय आपको 4 हफ्ते तक करना है।
कैसे जोड़ता है हडि्डयां
हड़जोड़ के अंदर नेचुरल कैल्शियम पाया जाता है जो हडि्डयों को जोड़ने में मदद करता है। इसमें एंटीइंफ्लैमटरी गुण भी होते हैं जो हाथ- पैर की सूजन और दर्द को कम करते हैं। हड़जोड़ में पाया जाना वाला कैल्शियम बांस के कैल्शियम के साथ मिलकर हड्डी जोड़ने में मदद करता है।
डॉ शर्मा कहती हैं कि इस ट्रीटमेंट को एक्सपर्ट की देखरेख में ही करना चाहिए। हड़जोड़ की मात्रा कम ज्यादा होने पर ये फायदा नहीं करेगा और इससे नुकसान भी हो सकता है।
